GURPS Realm Management
Manage a fief, nation, or galactic empire as its ruling authority. The game provides statistics for polities of any size, covering their resources, population, economy, and other essential characteristics. Players handle the day-to-day administration of their realm while resolving trade, diplomacy, and conflicts—both open and covert—with neighboring powers. The system supports campaigns in which the player characters direct the realm and shape its broader political course.
