H. P. Lovecraft Preparatory Academy: Pip System Edition
A semi-humorous roleplaying game about students at a haunted New England boarding school for monsters and mad scientists. Characters investigate conspiracies, confront bullies and uncaring professors, explore dangerous steam tunnels, study for exams, and escape unnatural creatures while trying to preserve their sanity. Players create students using archetypes such as the Athlete, Class Clown, and Visionary, and can design the school’s faculty and mysteries. The campus serves as a sandbox for investigations, with rules for Headmasters to create strange school-based adventures. Medical advances prevent characters from dying, but not from losing their sanity. This edition includes everything needed to use the Pip System.
