Hallow's Eve
A Halloween-themed adventure supplement set in Meriquai Falls, where the witch Hallow’s Eve terrorizes the city while pursuing her idea of the “true meaning” of Halloween. It includes HERO System 6th Edition statistics for the villain and plot seeds for introducing her into a Meriquai Falls campaign, with heroes working to protect local trick-or-treaters.
