A Living Greyhawk mini-module adventure for characters of 2nd–8th level. With trade routes closed and the Scarlet Brotherhood blockading the Tilva Strait, Sunndi seeks a new agreement with Ahlissa. Players take part in negotiations shaped by centuries of conflict, while working to preserve the alliance needed to oppose the Scarlet Brotherhood and support the people of Onnwal. Part of the Iron Soldiers series.
