Set in a distant future, the game follows the struggle between the conquering empire of Granbretan and the besieged Duchy of the Kamarg, where twisted science, magic, and vast armies shape the world. Players take the roles of adventurers caught in the conflict, facing the schemes of animal-masked nobles, defending the Kamarg, and pursuing the destiny of the Eternal Champion. Adventures combine fantasy, science fiction, warfare, and sorcery.
