He Who Laughs...
The Jack Mooney and Sons Circus has arrived outside Procampur for the winter, seeking safety while war threatens Ravens Bluff. The Zhentarim plan to seize the circus and use it to conquer the city, led by a spellcasting vampire whose true goal is the destruction of the entire area. Player characters investigate the plot, confront the conspirators, and work to prevent the attack in a single-round living city adventure.
