Headsman and Spellbinder
This supplement introduces two of Hauptman Klaue’s Overlords: the Olympian sorceress Spellbinder and her fanatical guardian, Headsman. Spellbinder seeks to possess Jupiter’s heart, while Headsman protects her as a Power Level 13 super-powered adversary. Spellbinder is presented at Power Level 10.
