This setting supplement explores the heirs of the fallen Dragon-Blooded Shogunate, including the Realm’s cadet houses and secondary schools, the military city-state of Lookshy, Prasad’s expanding empire, the Forest Witches, and outcastes. It introduces new Dragon-Blooded Charms, heirloom artifacts, and Quick Characters, and details the approaching Realm Civil War. A fully playable scenario focuses on the War in the West.
