This PDF presents two unusual characters for a superhero campaign. One is an incarcerated man who alternates between an observant human identity and a destructive, chaotic form. The other is a geneticist transformed into a humanoid rat by an unauthorized serum experiment, gaining heightened senses, speed, reflexes, and control over rats. Backgrounds, abilities, and campaign information support using both characters in the Amazing Universe or other superhero settings.
