In the aftermath of society’s collapse, Helltown Chicago becomes a refuge for the Unbound, but decades of infighting have left it divided and unstable. Under Diana the Hellsinger, its inhabitants seek to bring their mission to the Five Beacons and gain recognition as a true Sect of the Unbound. Players represent competing forces within the town, working to build influence, manage its chaos, and shape its future while navigating rival factions and the laws of the Unbound.
