Heloise: The Thrice-Cursed Medusa
Heloise was an explorer who uncovered a forgotten city beneath a vast swamp and released a creature imprisoned there. After wishing to escape the merchants and workers of her family business, she was transformed into a medusa by the creature’s twisted interpretation. This character profile provides a system-neutral background, encounter hooks, adventure ideas, and reference tags for use as a player character concept, NPC, or villain. It also includes stat blocks for Fate Core, Savage Worlds, and 5e.
