Hero High Exchange Students
This Mutants & Masterminds supplement presents ten exchange students for a Hero High campaign. Each is a ready-to-play PL 8/120-point character and can also serve as a fellow student NPC under Gamemaster control. The students come from alternate Earths and backgrounds, including a Reich agent, an alien emissary, a Roman gladiator, a talking dog, and heroes linked to different versions of familiar settings. Rules notes explain the Attack/Defense trade-off and skill formatting, while guidance allows the characters to be adjusted to PL 7 for freshmen or PL 9 for seniors.
