A collection of character playbooks and game-master tools for fantasy adventures centered on close-knit communities and the heroes who defend them. It includes playbooks for origins such as nobility, village life, faerie, and the elder generations, along with six new options including a Knightless Squire, Recluse Wizard, and Gnomish Godparent. The book also provides new spells, rituals, magic items, herbs, traits, monsters, and NPC material, plus rules for creating custom Character Playbooks and introducing gnomes as a new fantastic creature.
