High Water Marks
A short adventure for 5th-level characters set in the village of Riverfork, where a ban on magic marks the presence of a growing threat. Two exiled brothers, corrupted by worship of Tharizdun, have enlisted bullywugs to build a dam, poison the water supply, and manipulate floods and shortages. Players investigate the source of the village’s troubles and confront the forces gathering upriver, including a barlgura sent to aid the brothers’ plans.
