Organized crime families compete to seize control of the city after the death of a powerful crime boss. Players use cards representing politicians, police, the news, and family members to make power grabs across the city. Each round, players secretly set an Influence Limit, then play cards to build the strongest grab without exceeding it. Careful observation of opponents can help reveal their hidden limits, while some cards trigger effects when revealed.
