Hocus Pocus
Players are young wizards competing to collect magic gems. On a turn, the active player plays a Hocus card to cast spells that draw cards, gain or steal gems, force discards, or reveal cards. Any player can play a Pocus card to modify a spell, doubling its effect, providing protection, or removing other modifiers. Each wizard keeps three cards face up, giving everyone partial information about the others’ hands. At the end of a turn, the active player either draws two cards or takes a gem from the magic cauldron. When the cauldron is empty, the wizard with the most gems wins.
