Home Before the Sky Falls

Bonparr faces an advancing war machine that is destroying everything in its path, while refugees flee eastward. Players take the roles of mercenary adventurers recruited to defend the city, using their knowledge of ancient devices and access to heavy weapons. They work for a powerful state whose motives and methods may be as dangerous as the enemy, attempting to survive the campaign while helping Bonparr resist the invasion.
