The crew investigates a declining neighborhood where a predatory real-estate scheme is linked to a monster prowling the streets. The case combines horror with corporate corruption as they uncover the truth behind the broken homes. When the culprit emerges, the investigation shifts into a fight for survival. The crew must overcome the monster before becoming its next meal, while their survival instincts threaten to override their judgment.
