Horrifically Overpowered Feats
A collection of deliberately overpowered feats for a fantasy roleplaying game. Each feat follows the standard rules format but grants far greater benefits than official feats, substantially increasing a character’s effectiveness. The rules can be added to a campaign for characters, monsters, NPCs, or minions, allowing every participant access to similarly excessive abilities. They also serve as examples of feat designs that exceed the intended limits of the system.
