Hostage Negotiator: Abductor Pack 4
An abductor seizes a bus and drives toward the border while negotiators attempt to stop him before he reaches Mexico. Players use negotiation cards, tactics cards and a new Location card type to adapt to a moving, confined scenario. Gameplay focuses on managing stress, trading information and deploying tactical options like roadblocks or diversions to alter the abductor’s actions. Rounds proceed as the bus advances and players balance immediate concessions against long-term control to protect hostages and prevent escape.
