Hostage Negotiator: The Tin Man
A solo card-driven negotiation encounter where the player represents a negotiator trying to resolve a hostage situation. The deck includes special Negotiator Cards that grant one-use powers to modify play. One promo-style card grants an extra Conversation card immediately before a pivotal event, giving additional options during a critical moment of the negotiation.
