House of Strahd
An adventure of gothic horror set in Castle Ravenloft, the fortress of the vampire lord Strahd von Zarovich. Player characters explore the castle’s dungeons and catacombs, face deadly defenses, and seek its treasures while confronting Strahd. Variable goals and fortune-telling methods shape the adventure’s events, while alternate statistics allow Strahd to be played at different levels of difficulty. Dungeon Master guidance supports portraying him as a powerful and calculating vampire lord.
