Howl of the Phoenix
In southern Rokugan, unrest spreads through the town of Kudo as old rivalries flare between the Kitsune and Suzume Clans near the dark Shinomen Mori. A group of investigators is sent by the Scorpion Clan to discover what has sparked the conflict. Players work together to investigate the town, uncover the truth behind the growing tensions, and contend with the consequences of their findings while navigating personal differences and clan rivalries.
