HPS Artists Character Pack (M&M 3E)
Hope Preparatory School trains young metahumans for careers beyond traditional crime fighting, including science, politics, philosophy, athletics, and performance. This character pack includes six fully stated members of the school’s Artists clique: two sophomores, two juniors, and two seniors at Power Levels 8, 9, and 10 for the M&M 3E rules. They can serve as player characters, rivals, NPCs, or a field-trip group, with printable character standups included for tabletop play.
