Hyper Speed & Time Powers
A supplement for the BASH! Ultimate Edition RPG focused on hyper-speed and temporal abilities. It provides powers for creating super-speedsters, time travelers, and characters who can slow, accelerate, stop, or travel through time, along with new Enhancements, Limitations, Advantages, and Disadvantages. The volume introduces powers that interact with Hero Points, Setbacks, and other newer mechanics, plus rules for multiplying and dividing damage, time paradoxes, and alternate timelines. A Random Power Generator combines the powers from the first nine volumes for creating characters by rolling at random.
