Hyperspace: Salps
A species mainly oriented towards reproduction and dispersal. Salps spread rapidly throughout the star cluster using inexpensive, fragile ships, while their bases and colonies are much harder to destroy. Their superunit is a gigantic armed colony designed to house trillions of salps, with systems for food, housing, and funeral services.
