Hyperspace: Zevolt
A species with the ability to strip away useful technologies, strengthening itself while weakening its rivals. Its Dragonship super-unit has first strike, removing enemy units before they can fire, but cannot attack in concert with other ships. As a result, the Zevolt often damage rather than destroy opposing forces and are less effective against space monsters.
