A campaign supplement for 13th Age and the Parsantium setting, this book details fifteen influential figures who shape the cosmopolitan city and the lands beyond. Its icons include rulers, priests, arcane and martial leaders, and monstrous beings drawn from Byzantine, Arabian, Indian, Far Eastern, and traditional fantasy influences. Each icon includes background, motivations, and connections that can guide alliances, rivalries, and adventures through the 13th Age relationship rules. The supplement also adds the gnoll and vanara as playable races, icon relationship dice results, adventure hooks, GM-only secrets, and a world map.
