Impenetrable Shields

This Pathfinder supplement expands the options for fantasy warriors who rely on shields. It introduces more than 50 magical shield and armor abilities, including powers that absorb spells, strengthen shield bashes, release stored energy, or bring heraldic emblems to life. The abilities cover a range of enhancement costs, including options suitable for lower-level characters. The book also presents mundane shield enhancements and 10 specific shields with distinctive histories, descriptions, and unique abilities. These include shields that ricochet between targets when thrown and one that protects its wielder from death while held.
