A cyberpunk roleplaying supplement for creating and running adventures in a dystopian megacity. It provides tables and guidance for generating districts, streets, landmarks, cultures, gangs, megacorporations, black markets, transportation, media, and city events. Game Masters can define technology levels, cybernetic enhancements, hacking challenges, security systems, surveillance, corporate influence, and environmental conditions. Players navigate conflicts involving street crime, corporate intrigue, political upheaval, technological disruptions, and biohazards while exploring a city shaped by competing interests and constant change.
