It includes the Painted Lady prestige class, the Tattooed Wizard archetype, and the Inked sorcerer bloodline, along with rules for designing and creating magical tattoos. New feats, skills, and character options support both magical practitioners and mundane tattoo artists, allowing decorated characters to customize their abilities and appearance.
