2022 · Sourcebook (rules/options to enhance play)
Institute for Human Advancement
This sourcebook details a covert anti-mutant organization in the Champions Universe. It covers the group’s public image, dark history, structure, methods, agents, and equipment, from lawsuits, hostile media, and hate campaigns to poisons and armed assassins. Although it presents itself as a mundane advocacy group through commercials and talk-show appearances, its activities conceal a genocidal agenda.
