ISS Vanguard: Personnel Files
Adds character-focused content for every crew member in the core game, expanding their personal stories and progression options. Each crew member gains a personal-quest card that reveals background narrative and provides new abilities; meeting specific requirements can promote a crew member to a veteran state for further powers. Contents include a deck of 90 veteran cards and a booklet with 180 additional personal stories that tie into crew development and roleplay.
