Jamaica: The Crew
A set of twenty unique crew members each grants a special ability that modifies play without changing core rules. Crew are hired by paying a harbor fee and occupy cargo holds like other resources, following the same loading and capacity rules. Choosing crew provides end-game gold and tactical advantages but reduces available holds for supplies, making navigation and resource management more challenging.
