This issue explores the Sable Wastes, an eastern region of the Wild Woods where civil war and powerful magic have destroyed once-fertile farmland. It includes a tower inhabited by mutoids and the gibbering mouther they worship, rules for adventuring in the wastes, a radiation-spawned monster, and a new playable deer-folk pathfinder class.
