Kaiju Kultists
A supplement for Mutants & Masterminds Third Edition focused on giant monsters and city-spanning battles. It introduces rules for handling conflicts between heroes, towering kaiju, and urban environments, along with guidelines for creating additional giant creatures. The supplement includes six fully detailed villains, human cultists, and other NPCs, supported by full-color illustrations and printable standees. The PDF also includes Hero Lab portfolio files for important NPCs.
