This supplement presents six fully detailed NPCs: a tightly knit band of exiles and smugglers who transport illicit goods. The group includes spellcasters, rogues, a druid, a summoner, a fiery sorcerer, and a cursed former pirate. The characters can be used individually or together as foils for law-abiding adventurers, or as contacts for parties seeking illicit goods and services.
