Killer Bunnies and the Conquest of the Magic Carrot: Tear Me A New One Promo Card
This one-use promo card lets its owner immediately seize all Carrots an opponent gains during the current turn. The effect can be played at any time, but only by the card’s owner or with their permission. To activate the card, the owner must physically tear it in half, which consumes the card and resolves the steal effect for that turn.
