Kingdom Builder: Capitol
This promotional expansion includes two capitol building tiles and rules. When the harbor or oracle board sections are in play, place a capitol on a castle in the corresponding section; both capitols may be used if both sections are present. At the end of the game, each settlement within two hexes of one of your capitols earns 1 gold.
