Kingdoms
A rules set for 5th Edition play that models settlement development and nation-building. It provides mechanics for founding and managing settlements of any size, tracking prosperity, corruption, law, learning, government types, and special traits. Players explore and claim territory, build and develop cities, issue edicts to influence economy and stability, and cultivate subject loyalty. Optional subsystems cover trade, diplomacy, and expanded interactions, while a streamlined mass-combat system handles raising armies and resolving large-scale battles. Rules scale from abstract play to more detailed management, letting campaign characters move from adventuring to rulership between adventures.
