It examines the hopes, dreams, torments, and brutal traditions behind their reputation for insatiable hunger and savagery. The book presents redcap perspectives on Kithain history, introduces the river hag as a new redcap type, and adds new Treasures, Merits, and Flaws available to redcap characters.
