Players take the roles of agents from ancient orders gathering at a secluded council as fragile covenants begin to fail. Hidden ambitions and loyalties shape a struggle conducted through whispered bargains, shifting alliances, and carefully chosen words. Rather than fighting openly, players negotiate, listen for threats, and manage what they reveal while pursuing their order’s interests. The council may end in agreement—or with betrayal and assassination.
