This character supplement introduces an alien bounty hunter for the Beacon City setting or other superhero campaigns. A powerful, fast, and skilled fighter, he pursues targets for payment with little regard for local laws or customs. His innate alien abilities and interstellar spacecraft can make him a dangerous adversary, an uneasy ally, or a useful source of transport and information.
