Korsoun 1944
This operational-level World War II wargame covers the Korsun-Cherkassy Pocket, where two German army corps were encircled by Soviet forces in January and February 1944. One player commands the Soviets and attempts to close the pocket, while the other controls the German forces. The game includes an A2 colour map, two sheets of counters requiring cutting and assembly, and French rules published in Vae Victis magazine issue 72. The magazine also contains historical and wargaming articles; English translations of the rules, tables, and accompanying battle article are available online.
