In the continent of Ostia/Serenus, the monstrous Legion races of the Northland have raided the southern kingdoms for centuries. Their power grows under the command of Olga Discordia, a dark elf queen and witch based in the Black Citadel. In response, the High Elf Celestine unites the Southern Kingdoms into the Seven Shields Alliance, whose legendary fortresses stand against the continuing war.
