In the last millennium, the Galactic Empire wages war on mutants while imposing totalitarian rule across the galaxy. Players take the roles of space pirates fighting Imperial forces and trying to preserve their freedom. This roleplaying supplement adds new character abilities, skills, and qualities, along with optional rules for planetary security and space battles. It details the Galactic Empire, its planetary systems, and the secrets of the Genesis system, and includes non-player characters, crews, Imperial base maps, a mini-adventure, and the sixth scenario in the official campaign.
