This rules supplement expands the setting with game statistics for the creatures, notable figures, and non-player characters presented in the core book, formatted for Chroniques Oubliées Fantasy and Héros & Dragons. It adds two playable ancestries, new class archetypes, priest options, cultural variants for humans, and equipment found in the region. A substantial bestiary presents urban creatures, personalities, and major figures—from common enforcers and sewer-dwellers to the God-King and the Demon-Emperor—using profiles for both systems.
