During Spect Town’s annual festival of lights, the dimension-hopping city of Lumoscity fails to appear. The player characters are sent to investigate and become involved in an elaborate situation with choices that could alter the world. This adventure is designed for Tier 2 characters and can be scaled for other character levels.
