Players take the roles of samurai in the Emerald Empire of Rokugan, facing an adventure that introduces the setting and rules as it unfolds. Pre-generated character folios keep key information at hand, while custom dice make each roll a dramatic event. The complete, standalone game includes a learn-as-you-go adventure and detailed rules for creating further stories. It supports 3–5 players and is designed for newcomers to roleplaying or the setting.
