Lemmings

Animals from across the kingdom travel to claim the fire held by humans and their gods. While the fire delays them with stories of the extinct lemmings, the animals take on the roles of legendary lemming heroes and reenact their difficult journey toward a mythical city of happiness. This tabletop roleplaying game uses layered character portrayals: the players control animals who are performing as lemmings, while the Game Master plays the fire and guides the story. Players strive to portray their assigned heroes faithfully, even when those roles conflict with their characters’ own traits.
